Our Pilot interview coaching and mentoring provides pilot candidates with real, transparent feedback and points of improvement on the behavioural aspects of interviewing to give you the best possible chance at success.
Upon booking, you will receive an interview invite and ask that you treat the session as an actual airline interview - as that’s exactly how we treat it. The only difference is, at the end of the 45 minutes you will receive 15 minutes direct transparent feedback, providing you with the confidence you need going into the real thing.
Feedback notes are e-mailed to you the same day.

This 60-minute 1:1 interview coaching session is tailored to the airline you are applying for and includes a 45-minute mock interview, followed by 15 minutes of transparent constructive feedback.
Prior to the session, you will receive our Pilot interview question workbook as part of your preparation. After the session, you will receive your feedback notes emailed directly to you the same day.
This session takes place via Microsoft Teams.
